Returns & Exchanges
Returns are a hassle, so we aim to make it easy. All orders placed on this website include a limited satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues with product quality or if an item arrives damaged, we will replace or refund your order at no additional cost. We do not require you to send the product back.
Refunds or Exchanges for other issues will be approved at the sole discretion of BWN Acquisition, LLC dba "ICONIC" and its representatives. Refund and Exchange requests may be made through the Contact form on our website, or by emailing us at info@drinkiconic.com.
Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to 30 days from the date you place your order. Requests outside of 30 days will be approved at the sole discretion of ICONIC and its representatives.
This policy covers www.drinkiconic.com only, and does not apply to orders placed on Amazon or other 3rd party retailers.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Methods
If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
