I filled out the customer service form on the website twice before but haven’t received a response. I ordered a 24 pack of the chocolate truffle in mid July (last month) and received product that expired in January of 2024. I’m hoping someone can assist me with this
ICONIC is my only go to protein! I tried so many and they were gritty, heavy or just way to many other ingredients added and less protein. ICONIC is smooth, less sugar, less fillers, not gritty and more protein.
Love the Iconic Protein Drinks but Cacao Greens is my favorite. The chocolate flavor sweetened with Stevia & Monk fruit is delicious & the addition of greens is the whole package!
Really enjoy the chocolate truffle protein shake. A huge plus is no cane sugar added!!!

I was unhappy that my iconic drink was left on my porch in full sunlight. I think it could have been placed out of direct sunlight. It is in the 80’s in NW Ohio today.
I have loved this brand / flavor and have had a subscription for a while of the premixed drinks. However, the last two or so shipments have included drinks that were improperly mixed and were more like a thick pudding and or chalky smoothie. It was straight undrinkable. This was not user error either because there was simply not enough liquid to drink in there even with a bunch of shaking. I couldn't even get it out... what I could get out didn't really taste right. I had to toss it. Is this a production issue? I would love to get standardized quality out of these because they are a good drink and there are not many other competitors that include greens. Given how expensive these are though, its difficult for me to regular shipments of 12 or more knowing that 1-2 of those would need to be tossed. I hope this issue can get resolved.
I have been using this powder for a while now and it’s not perfect but I haven’t found one that meets my needs that’s better. Overall, I love the ingredients, the taste is pretty good too but feel it is a bit heavy on the monk fruit flavor. I have found it sometimes clumps if mixed with cold liquids so, I have found that mixing it with a small amount of lukewarm water and then adding the rest of the cold water or milk helps it blend better. It’s also very powdery almost like confectioners sugar so it can be a little messy.
I do still purchase this protein and overall do recommend it but want you to know my few little complaints about it.

Really makes the morning shake a treat, I add 1/2 a frozen banana, ice & some spinach & it is delicious!
Iconic makes the best protein drink I have ever had. Every flavor is good! I have used Iconic as meal replacement and also as a snack. Sometimes I add it to my coffee. And sometimes I use it on cereal. The cafe latte is a treat. Nothing else provides the protein and fiber, and tastes as good as iconic.
When the drinks are not out of date and do not contain lumps of white stuff, it is very good. Unfortunately, Iconic seems unable to deliver the terrific drinks that we would want. I probably have bought between 80 and 100 cases. I am very disappointed that there is no consistency of quality and freshness. Attached is a photo of the latest delivery - 5 months out of date. Iconic has answered none of my emails.
So happy to have found Iconic Protein drinks sweetened with stevia & monk fruit! I like to chill them in the freezer before drinking. Cacao Greens are my favorite!
