Christmas Cookie Protein Bars

- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 scoop Vanilla Bean ICONIC powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 9"×13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and molasses and beat until creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the egg and stir

Add the dry ingredients and mix until dough is well combined. It will be thick, like cookie dough.

Spread the dough evenly into the baking pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes and let cool.
- Once cool, add Vanilla frosting or make your own cream cheese frosting.
- Top with cinnamon or sprinkles
